Our natural cocoa powder is made from Thai cacao. Our product label declares 22–24% cocoa butter. It is an ingredient for developing cocoa drinks, cakes, cookies and other cocoa-based recipes.

Natural cocoa powder and alkalized cocoa powder are different product types. When evaluating a replacement for an existing ingredient, review the current product specification and test it in your actual recipe before committing to a larger order.

What to compare in a trial

For a café, use a fixed recipe and serving size to compare flavour, aroma, colour and performance with your chosen milk. Record the grams used per serving before comparing ingredient cost. For baking, test the complete recipe and its leavening system rather than changing cocoa powder alone.

Request the current fat specification, ingredient declaration, allergen information, shelf life, storage instructions, pack sizes and available laboratory documentation. Prices and supply terms depend on the product and order requirements.

• Case packing is not an automatic minimum order. MOQ, production lead time, available stock and delivery dates are confirmed in your quotation.
• For repeat supply or OEM, include monthly usage, the desired launch date and packaging requirements. Custom work is subject to feasibility.

Plan a café purchase

For a useful quotation, include your destination, planned monthly usage, preferred packing and the date you need the product. Ask for the current ingredient and allergen declaration, remaining shelf life of the offered lot, MOQ and delivery charges.

The catalogue lists a 200 g retail pack and 24 packs per case. At 20 g per drink, this is 10 portions per pack or 240 portions per case before preparation losses. Case packing does not define the minimum order. Prices, bulk formats, sample charges and delivery dates are confirmed by quotation.
